Maxine is a Chartered Legal Executive and has worked in family law for over 20 years, having previously headed a family team of solicitors in a Wiltshire Firm before joining KT family Solicitors.
Maxine practices all areas of private family law. Her main area of expertise is resolving disputes involving children and advising on financial disputes arising on family breakdown. Maxine advises regularly on cohabitation disputes, separation agreements and domestic abuse both in respect of injunction proceedings and the impact of domestic abuse in children proceedings.
