Child custody battle
I originally approached Kim and her team to assist in getting a consent order for a 50/50 shared care agreement.
However the child's mother disagreed with this even after lengthy negotiation and agreement prior to us approaching legal. And demanded I stayed with her.
This turned into a legal battle where Kim had given me critical advise on how to move forward.
With the support of Kim and Sheila (barrister) we achieved an outcome ; 50/50 duel lives with shared care agreement.
The value doesn't just come from the outcome of the case, I believe the knowledge and understanding improved me as a co-parent parent.
